David Welch, the poster artist for the 2010 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, will be present for a poster signing and sale. David is a resident of Los Ranchos and teaches art at Albuquerque Academy. He was also the poster artist for this year’s Lavender Festival. Try some of Fox's specialty carrots -- purple with orange centers, and all white carrots. Fox's also have beets and turnips.

Arts and Crafters will feature creative and unique gifts including: Colorful yard art made from recycled materials: bird houses, walking canes, windchimes, benches, steel flowers. Wide variety of jewelry, spa soaps, lotions and candles. Original T-shirts, women and little girl clothing, handbags; scarves that are knitted, tie-dyed or embroidered. Traditional tin work, decorative and functional pottery, tiles, carved gourds, stained glass, watercolors, mosaic tables. Fabric projects and work done with wool felt. Greeting cards, origami, detailed paper-cuts; all handmade by NM artists.

September 18: 9th Annual Beans, Corn and Chile Celebration featuring Chef Dennis Apodaca (Ezra's and Sophia's restaurants on 4th St.) sampling his famous salsas featuring High Desert Harvest produce. Fair Field Farmer supplies Ezra's flowers.
October 2: Balloon Fiesta Tailgating Ideas with Kenny the Fish Hugger
October 9: Local Cooking Ideas with Jan's on 4th Cooking School
October 23: Costume Day with trick-or-treating, face painting with Bee Bee the clown, and more!
November 13: Last market of the summer season.
December 11: Winter Market, 2nd Sat. of the month, 10 - noon
