Agri-Nature Center Master Plan
The Village of Los Ranchos is developing a Master Plan for the Larry P. Abraham Agri-Nature Center!
The Agri-Nature Center Master Plan will integrate the Center’s current programs, projects, and infrastructure into a unified long-term vision that supports the Village’s goals for sustainable growth, community wellness, and environmental stewardship. The final plan will be adopted as an official policy document by the Board of Trustees, providing direction and guidance for current and future teams at the Center.
We’ll be sharing updates on progress and public input opportunities through this webpage, so stay tuned for more information throughout the process!
Public Input Opportunities
The first Community Open House will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11am to 2pm, at the Agri-Nature Center. Stop by anytime to visit our information stations and provide your feedback, and make sure to join us at 11:30am for the official project introduction by Mayor Lawrence Rael and Master Plan Advisory Committee Chair Gil Benavides!

Project Team
The Village has contracted with Surroundings Studio, a New Mexico-based landscape architecture and design studio, to develop the Agri-Nature Center Master Plan. The planning effort is supported by the Master Plan Advisory Committee and Village staff.
